My favorites were the sweet and sour pork and the spicy ginger beef. However, the fried rice was somewhat bland compared to everything else. " I must share my experience from last Wednesday at Peaceful Restaurant. We ordered several dishes to try and were excited to dive into the flavors of Szechuan cuisine. The peppery beef was exquisite and made just the right amount of spicy. The stir-fried noodles had a perfect texture, but some felt it could use a bit more seasoning. Best xiao long bao I’ve had outside of Asia! The beef in the beef roll was tender and well-seasoned. Although service was a little slower than expected, the food definitely made up for it.
